DREADSWEEPER is a game operated by Franz Enzenhofer, Vienna, Austria. Playing it means you accept these terms.
The game is free. There are no accounts, no purchases, no subscriptions and no user-generated content. Your progress is stored on your own device and you can erase it at any time from the settings.
You may play the game for personal entertainment. You may not resell it, rehost it, or pass it off as your own. The code, artwork and name remain the property of the operator.
The game is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from playing it - the worst thing that should ever be at stake here is a cleared minefield.
Anonymous gameplay statistics are described in the privacy policy at /privacy, and can be switched off in the settings.
These terms are governed by Austrian law. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
